  • Domain Checks (if logged in): Domain names you check are logged in usage_logs table for account management only (to track your daily/monthly limits). These logs contain only domain names, not personal data.
  • Contact Forms: Name, email address, message content (sent via email, not stored in database)

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information:

  • Any File Uploads: Images, documents, or any files - NOT stored on our servers

What We DO Store (Account Services Only):

  • Account Information: Username, email, hashed password (MD5), full name - stored in members table
  • Usage Logs: Domain names checked, check date, IP address (for logged-in users only, to track limits)
  • Session Data: Temporary session cookies for authentication (expires when you log out)

Data Retention:

  • Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for account management, then automatically deleted
  • Contact Form Submissions: Sent via email, not stored in database
  • Analytics Data: Anonymized and aggregated, retained according to Google Analytics policies
